Sandy Bernabei is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an organizer for the Anti-Racist Alliance.  Earlier this fall her group wrote a letter asking Westchester County Executive George Latimer NOT to run for Congress against Jamaal Bowman, the incumbent in New York's 16th Congressional District.   On December 5, 2023 Latimer announced he will challenge Bowman.   Sandy explains the reasons why some progressive Democratic voters consider this a divisive primary contest.
